Dom holds a Master’s degree in Strength and Conditioning and brings extensive experience coaching sporting professionals in high-demand work environments. His expertise lies in applying performance-based training principles to help individuals improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and build resilience in their daily routines.

Having worked to help busy professionals facing the physical challenges of hectic roles, Dom understands how to translate advanced training methods into practical, sustainable solutions. His approach is both structured and adaptable — ensuring each client sees measurable progress without adding complexity to their schedule.

George Olney is the Co-Founder of Fit Workforce Solutions and holds a First-Class Honours degree in Sports and Exercise Science for Health. With a strong academic foundation in anatomy, physiology, and evidence-based training methods, George has built his career around applying scientific principles to real-world health and performance.

Specialising in workplace health and fitness, George partners with corporate clients to address the challenges of sedentary office environments. His expertise lies in developing practical, results-driven programmes that improve posture, mobility, energy levels, and overall employee wellbeing.
